We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a different size or there is an issue with your order, we're happy to help.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Please email fullscalebuilds@gmail.com before returning any item.
Once your exchange request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges or change-of-mind exchanges.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Full Scale Performance Ltd. is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is our error, we will cover the replacement shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Unless damaged or incorrect, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
Stickers
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards (if offered)
Custom or personalized products
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Exchanges are available for eligible items, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Giveaway Entries
If your purchase earned entries into a Full Scale Performance giveaway, returning or cancelling an eligible order may affect your giveaway entries in accordance with our Official Giveaway Rules.
