At Full Scale Performance Ltd., every order is carefully packed by hand from British Columbia, Canada.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking is provided on most parcel shipments.

Sticker Orders

  • Sticker-only orders may be shipped using Canada Post Oversize Lettermail to keep shipping costs affordable.

  • Please note that Lettermail shipments do not include tracking.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Full Scale Performance Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost, please contact us at info@fullscalebuilds.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue where applicable.

Order Changes

  • We will do our best to accommodate order changes or cancellations before your order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
