By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Full Scale Performance LTD and not to any social media platform, and agree to release such platforms from any liability related to this Sweepstakes.
Contest Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 26th, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends on December 18th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. The random draw is scheduled for December 25, 2026 at 1:00pm pt
Compliance With Laws
This Sweepstakes is intended to comply with applicable federal and provincial laws in Canada. If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry..
Ineligible Persons
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
• Owners, directors, officers, and employees of Full Scale Performance Ltd.
• Immediate family members of the owners, directors, officers, and employees of Full Scale Performance Ltd.
• Any person residing in the same household as the individuals listed above, whether related or not.
• Any person directly involved in the administration, promotion, operation, recording, tracking, or conduct of the Giveaway.
Immediate family members include spouses, common-law partners, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings, mothers-in-law, fathers-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
If an ineligible person is selected, the entry will be disqualified and another eligible entrant will be selected through a redraw.
Agreement to Official Rules
By entering this Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Full Scale Performance Ltd., which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
How To Enter
Participants receive one (1) entry for each full $10.00 CAD of Eligible Purchase Amount spent on eligible merchandise. ‘Eligible Purchase Amount’ means the pre-tax merchandise subtotal actually paid in Canadian dollars, excluding shipping, delivery charges, taxes, and refunded amounts. Partial increments of $10.00 do not earn a fraction of an entry and will be rounded down to the nearest whole entry.

Participants may accumulate an unlimited number of entries through eligible purchases.
All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may correct obvious clerical or administrative errors in tracking entries.
Refunded, cancelled, returned, or chargeback purchases will result in the removal of associated entries.
Full Scale Performance Ltd. reserves the right to verify all purchases and entries. Any attempt to obtain entries through fraudulent, deceptive, automated, or otherwise improper means, including but not limited to returned purchases, chargebacks, false information, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes, may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Full Scale Performance Ltd.

Mail-in entries must be handwritten by the entrant and submitted in a standard business-size envelope with sufficient postage.
All mail-in entries must be received by December 18TH, 2026, to be eligible for the Giveaway.
Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk-mailed, or third-party generated entries will not be accepted and may be disqualified.
Upon receipt and verification, one (1) free entry will be added to the Giveaway.
Free Entry Limits
Participants may receive:
One (1) free entry through the Social Media Entry method; and
One (1) free entry through the Mail-In Entry method.
A maximum of two (2) free entries per person will be permitted during the Giveaway Period.
Full Scale Performance Ltd. reserves the right to verify all free-entry submissions before entries are added to the Giveaway Prize
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
• 1969 Dodge Charger (Approximate Value: $100,000 CAD)
• custom Storage Sea Can (Approximate Value: $30,000 CAD)
Total Approximate Prize Value: $130,000 CAD.
The stated prize values are approximate only and are based on Full Scale Performance Ltd.'s reasonable estimate of value at the time these Official Rules are published. No difference between the stated approximate value and the actual value of the prize, if any, will be awarded.
If offered by Full Scale Performance Ltd., the winner may elect to accept a cash buyout option in place of the advertised prize package. Any buyout option shall be determined solely by Full Scale Performance Ltd.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be exchanged except as expressly permitted under these Official Rules.
Winner Selection
The Sweepstakes closes on December 18, 2026.
On December 25, 2026, all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be placed into a physical barrel. Entries will be thoroughly mixed and one (1) entry will be randomly drawn.
The draw may be livestreamed on Full Scale Performance social media platforms.
No third-party contest administrator is used. Full Scale Performance Ltd. is solely responsible for recording, tracking, and conducting the Sweepstakes draw.
Prior to being declared the official winner, the selected entrant may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility, and any other documentation reasonably required by Full Scale Performance Ltd. to verify compliance with these Official Rules.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period.
Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry.

The selected entrant must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the Sponsor's first contact attempt.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, refuses the prize, fails the skill-testing question, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that entrant may be disqualified and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected through a redraw.
Failure to complete any required documentation, provide proof of identity, age, residency, or eligibility, or otherwise comply with the winner verification process within the timeframe specified by Full Scale Performance Ltd. may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate eligible entrant.
Full Scale Performance Ltd. reserves the right to conduct as many redraws as necessary until an eligible entrant has been verified and declared the official winner.
Skill-Testing Question
To comply with Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared the official winner.
Prize Conditions
The prize is awarded "as is" without any warranties or guarantees by Full Scale Performance Ltd.
A valid driver's licence is required to enter and win the Sweepstakes. the winner is solely responsible for complying with all laws relating to ownership, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation, and operation of the prize vehicle.
The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with claiming, transporting, registering, licensing, insuring, storing, maintaining, and operating the prize vehicle and sea can.
The giveaway vehicle is currently registered in British Columbia. Full Scale Performance Ltd. makes no representation or guarantee that the vehicle will meet registration, inspection, emissions, safety, licensing, or other legal requirements in every province or territory. The winner is solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable requirements in their province or territory.
The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be permitted except at the sole discretion of Full Scale Performance Ltd.
If offered by Full Scale Performance Ltd. the winner may choose a cash buyout option in place of the advertised prize package.
General Conditions
Full Scale Performance Ltd. is committed to conducting this Sweepstakes in a fair and transparent manner. However, if circumstances arise that interfere with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to technical issues, system failures, internet interruptions, fraud, tampering, unauthorized activity, natural disasters, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Full Scale Performance Ltd., the company reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Sweepstakes if necessary.
Full Scale Performance Ltd. reserves the right to investigate any entry or participant suspected of providing false information, attempting to gain an unfair advantage, manipulating the entry process, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the Sweepstakes. Any such entrant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Full Scale Performance Ltd.
Any attempt to interfere with the integrity of the Sweepstakes, damage company property, disrupt online platforms, falsify entries, or undermine the fair operation of the Sweepstakes may result in immediate disqualification and may be subject to legal action where appropriate.
Full Scale Performance Ltd. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to request additional information or identification before awarding a prize.
If there is a dispute regarding an entry, ownership of an email address, purchase record, or entrant information, Full Scale Performance Ltd. reserves the right to determine the rightful entrant based on the information reasonably available to it.
The goal of this Sweepstakes is to provide a fair opportunity for all eligible participants, and Full Scale Performance Ltd. reserves the right to make decisions that best protect the integrity and fairness of the Sweepstakes for all entrants.
All decisions of Full Scale Performance Ltd. relating to the Sweepstakes, including eligibility, entry verification, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules, shall be final and binding.

Release of Liability
By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and holds harmless Full Scale Performance Ltd., its owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, transportation, or operation of any prize.
Without limiting the foregoing, Full Scale Performance Ltd. is not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet interruptions, website failures, lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, transportation, or operation of any prize.

Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Full Scale Performance Ltd. in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, the prize, or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the Province of British Columbia.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted as closely as possible to reflect the original intent of these Official Rules.
